By purchasing or using a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Right of Admission: Entry is at the sole discretion of Spotlight Socials.
- Schedule Changes: Event timings, lineup, and format are subject to change without prior notice.
- Entry & Security: Entry is allowed only through designated gates after security checks. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
- No Re-entry: Once you exit, re-entry is not permitted.
- Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, bottles, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, and any illegal or hazardous substances are strictly not allowed.
- Drug-Free Event: Possession or use of drugs or narcotics will result in immediate removal without refund and may invite legal action under applicable laws.
- Conduct: Spotlight Socials reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who is intoxicated, disruptive, or behaving inappropriately.
- Recording: Audio/video recording and professional photography are not permitted.
- Liability: Spotlight Socials and the venue are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
- Tickets:
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
- Invalid or tampered tickets will not be accepted.
- Spotlight Socials is not responsible for unauthorized or duplicate tickets.
- Cancellations: In case of event cancellation by Spotlight Socials, only the ticket price will be refunded. Convenience fees and other charges are non-refundable.
- Health & Safety: Attendees voluntarily assume all health-related risks, including communicable diseases.
- Force Majeure: The event may be altered or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
- Data Usage: Basic personal information may be collected for booking and communication purposes, in line with applicable privacy policies.
- Punctuality: The show will start on time. Late entry may not be permitted.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
