- Liability: Spotlight Socials and the venue are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
- Tickets:
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
- Invalid or tampered tickets will not be accepted.
- Spotlight Socials is not responsible for unauthorized or duplicate tickets.
- Cancellations: In case of event cancellation by Spotlight Socials, only the ticket price will be refunded. Convenience fees and other charges are non-refundable.
- Health & Safety: Attendees voluntarily assume all health-related risks, including communicable diseases.
- Force Majeure: The event may be altered or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
