    • All tickets sold for events at Spotlight Socials are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to another event under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
  2. Event Cancellations
    • In the rare event that an event is canceled by Spotlight Socials due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly. Ticket holders may receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date if the event is rescheduled.
  3. Event Rescheduling
    • If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled.
  4. Changes in Line-Up
    • Spotlight Socials reserves the right to change the event line-up or performance schedule without offering refunds. Such changes are not grounds for a refund.
  5. Entry Policy
    • Spotlight Socials reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees from the venue under the following conditions:
      • If the attendee arrives late and entry would disrupt the ongoing performance.
      • If the attendee is intoxicated, exhibiting unruly behavior, or hindering the performance in any way.
      • If the attendee shows visible signs of illness that may affect other guests or performers.
      • If the attendee does not follow protocols set by Spotlight Socials.
      • Under such circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
